QiEOS
Overview
QiEOS is the governing doctrine for the Qi system.
Core rules:
- Flat over nested when a simpler structure answers the question.
- Linked over duplicated.
- Documented over remembered.
- Modular over massive.
- Runtime facts beat assumptions.
- Derived layers do not become truth by themselves.
Responsibilities
- Hold doctrine, philosophy, decisions, and system reasoning.
- Keep system layer names fixed.
- Explain why the mirror structure exists.
- Resolve conflicts by aligning old material to the active system model.
Flows
Doctrine or decision question
-> 01_QiDNA/QiEOS/_folder.md
-> apply reasoning to the matching system-layer folder
QiEOS explains why. Each system folder documents what it owns and how it operates.
