Documents: UI Flow

1. Document Grid: Cody browses uploaded receipts, scans, and PDFs categorized by Buckets.
2. Details Panel: Shows document title, file path, upload timestamp, and links.
3. Link Wizard: Cody clicks "Link Document" to attach it to an active Thread, Transaction, or Action.
